Thanks for your reply. Hubby is a steel worker and
does heavy lifting all day, up to a total of 4000lbs a
day with no mechanical lifts/aides. There is no way he
could have done his job if his ACL was wrecked
previously.
We are struggling to prove this and his surgeon
doesn't want to get in the middle of a WCB claim.
