after my Unispacer placement, I had seriously horrid muscle
cramps/tightening and it was awful. I did get a muscle relaxer from the Doc
that REALLY helped both the cramps/pain and allowed me to exercise more and
with less pain.
I go back to the Dr this week. Still very sore and limping along with a
cane now, not the walker which is nice!!!
