Did great with ACL reconstruction 3 wks ago. Almost no swelling. Still
have some low/moderate pain, but in normal ranges. Extreme tightness
at bottom of knee and especially my quads. I can straighten my knee to
5 degrees or better, but can only bend to 90 degrees only immediately
after exercise. Quads keep tightening back up seriously, which is
preventing me from bending my knee much. Doing PT and exercising at
home 2/day. Wondering why I have so much tightness in my quads and
what can I do.
How much time exercising are others spending who have had high levels
of recovery success?
