My problems are not being able to fully straighten my knee, nor am I able to kneel fully without discomfort. There is no specific pain area, the complete joint aches and I have lost flexibility. When I walk I am sure my knee

It sounds like my knee...I had an injury 3 yrs ago, but it just flared up underlying arthritis that I never knew I had till the injury,,  I had arthroscopic surgery, but all that did was to get rid of the bad cartilage and left me with not much cartilage at all. I still can't straighten it all the way or bend it all the way. I'm going thru my second series of the Synvisc shots in the knee so I'll see how that goes.
