It has been 7-8 months now. I've stop going to PT and doing some
exercises at home however, I'm going to look into joining a gym so I
can get some better resistance workout going. As far as the clicking,
I still have it and i'm doing some excercises that the PT told me to
do. On another note, I recently been getting some swelling in the
knee...more than usual. I iced it down and the norm. , but now i'm
getting the clicking while i'm walking. That i know isnt good. Anyone
have any advice?
