That if you have not run in 10+ years, there's really no need to every run again unless a very large man with a machete and a hockey mask is chasing you.
I got the go ahead from the PT last month to go ahead and build back up to running this month. So I started the little protocol she gave me for people who haven't run in a while to build back up. Yeah that was GREAT fun at the gym today!! LOL
