Re: ACL torn and reconstruction surgery

Cool. Sounds like you are right on track with your recovery.

Right now I'm running and jumping (7 1/2 months out) with very
little discomfort. Every now and again it feels a little sore.
Nothing a good stretch doesn't cure.

Glad to hear you made it through the hard part.

my leg at 127 degrees and today was the first day since surgery that
I was able to ride the stationary bike. I climbed on and was
nervous, thinking I was going to further damage my "repaired" knee.
I was shocked when I was able to do complete turns on it. I was on
it for about 5 minutes. I was happy that I felt no pain.I am walking
with little weight bearing and using only one crutch. I am SOOO
happy that I can actually get up and around to take care of my kids.
Kids are happy too. No more t.v. dinners and sandwiches. Well I am
glad everyone is doing well and I hope it continues.
