Re: [kneesurgeryforum] ACL rehab

I had my surgery about 6 months ago.  I stayed on my crutches the full 6 weeks the dr's recommened(followed the dr's orders to a T).  I was allowed partial weight bearing from the beginning(also had part of my meniscus removed).  At the 6 week point I went down to a smaller sport brace and walked outta the hospital with no crutches.

I just got my ACL repaired about 3 wks ago and now i'm going thru
rehab. ( 3 days a wk ). I was curious to see how long did any one who
had the surgery walk w/o the crutches. I'm still on crutches and am
able to put some weight on the leg.
