i was told that breaking up the scar tissue was a good thing.
something my thearapist had me do was to continuasly move the knee
cap left to right then up and down. if u just had surgery u will
probably notice it is a little stiff. compare how ur knee cap move
between the injured knee and the good knee.
this little excersise was also relaxing for me. something like a
massage.
