Hi Steve,

I also had ACL reconstruction surgery and returned to skiing 7 months
post op.

I used just your standard knee brace that you can get at any Wal-
Greens or WalMart for additional support. According to the physical
therapist, I did not really need it physically for the knee but I
could use it more for "mental" support or peace of mind.

If you are cleared to ski, then you really don't need to spend a
bundle on an expensive knee brace.

Keep up the gym and working those muscles to keep the area strong.
That will be your best "support" in the long run. :) Suzette

Hello back to you. I had torn medial meniscus which is on the inside of knee, so yours is on the outside side of knee. Don't know about the tendon stuff tho....

I wish I found this site 6 months ago when I had surgery.. I tore my acl had surgery in March(hamstring graff), I had 3 months of PT and have been working out...

I had ACL reconstruct about 6 weeks ago, I believe the brace I have is the CTi2(that's what the gym bag that came with it says...lol). It's very comfortable,...
