Having problems with message search?
I had arthroscopy done in August (shaved off a dime size piece of cartilage and some synovial tissue) and I am finding that now I am having some knee cap discomfort when I walk (exercising). Can anybody recoomend which kind of brace/wrap would be helpful with this?
