Re: [kneesurgeryforum] ACL torn and reconstruction surgery

Hello everyone,
I haven't been on much lately. Physical therapy is going great. It's 2 months June11th since my knee surgery. I am now bending my leg at 127 degrees and today was the first day since surgery that I was able to ride the stationary bike. I climbed on and was nervous, thinking I was going to further damage my "repaired" knee. I was shocked when I was able to do complete turns on it. I was on it for about 5 minutes. I was happy that I felt no pain.I am walking with little weight bearing and using only one crutch. I am SOOO happy that I can actually get up and around to take care of my kids. Kids are happy too. No more t.v. dinners and sandwiches. Well I am glad everyone is doing well and I hope it continues.
Amy
