Repairing the tear can make things harder for a couple of weeks. Have you gone through any type of physical therapy? That may be something... maybe some type of e-stim may help relieve the pain... plus you want to make sure that you have not lost any range of motion that may cause more problems. Generally after a mensicus injury it is about 6 weeks before you can start any type of major impact activity. When is your next follow up with your OS? If it isnt for a little while you may want to just give him a call to see if this normal for his procedures... each person and DR is different in one way or another... from healing to surgical technique.

Thanks for the compliment on the website... it is a forever work in progress that I was supposed to be finishing since I had my surgery but I havent felt much like working on it... one day it will get done! I will have to check yours out..
