I had an arthroscopy of the knee almost a month ago and I am still limping pretty badly.
I can't bend the knee all the way or straighten it all the way. Still doing PT, but I am still in some pain. When I walk and take a stride forward, it sometimes gets a sharp pain right at the top of the shin and feel like the knee is going to give away (so I still keep a crutch with me just in case).....
Is it common to have this much trouble for so long after surgery??
I was hoping to be back to normal by now! And am getting quite frustrated!

Repairing the tear can make things harder for a couple of weeks. Have you gone through any type of physical therapy? That may be something... maybe some type...
