Actually what I meant was have another Ortho see if he
can prescribe another MRI and determine why the IT
band is hurting so bad, it may just be swelling and
fluid, but seeming how your almost what 30 days after
surgery it seems odd, although sometimes it does take
6-8 weeks for some people for the swelling and fluid
to remove. I am 3 weeks after my surgery and I am just
sore because I keep pushing it, basically because Im
an athelete and cant stand just sitting around. If I
were you and you could afford it see another Ortho and
see what they say re: another MRI. Im not sure where
you live so its hard to compare but I have a very good
ortho in Southern California and went to two myself
before I found this one.
Hope this helps.
