Good luck. Last minute tip... after you wake up, you'll be pretty
out of it. You may have to pee in a bottle. Well keep an eye on
how full the bottle is getting, because it's possible to overflow
it... Then a nurse would then have to 'transfer' you for a few
minutes to clean up. That's just something I heard ya know.

Also, watch your intake of codeine the first few days after the
surgery. It can make you constipated. This can be very
uncomfortable... so I've heard.

#1 tip. Exercise like you are a multi-million dollar athlete trying
to make a comeback. If you need to, buy the Rocky soundtrack and
play it over and over again. It is the most important thing...
