I am sorry to hear you are having difficulty but please be patient
with yourself. I do remember at 4 months post op, I wasn't trotting
down the steps either. In fact, I was just doing the one foot after
the other very slowly and carefully. I know the PT can be a drag but
please stick with it or, perhaps you are ready to graduate to a gym
program.
One of the enlightening things about this conditions, ACL repair, IS
how long it takes to recover and how draining on the patience it can be.
