At least I don't think so. I still can't go down stairs one foot
after another, I can't walk down hills, and it feels like it's gonna
give out sometimes. I was diagnosed w/ patellar tendonitis at my
3rd month check-up, so exercises are difficult w/o shooting pain in
the knee. I'm soooo tired of PT. How much of in-home exercise do I
have to do at this point? I didn't expect to be running the
marathon after 4 months, but how well should I be by now? Did
anybody have tendonitis after ACL surgery?
