Can you always tell when she is having a

I can not tell with all but there is one I can tell. She rubs her head
alot with it. And some smells trigger then like fresh Tar and diesel fuel.
But CC can smell them before they happen.
Now I noticed the smell change after the grandmal her BO was like a skunk.
But I did not notice anything before hand.
