Hi Lisa and Shanna. My name is Christine Ford and I am the moderator of this
group. Welcome. I was diagnosed with epilepsy at 16 years of age. My son
Michael also has a seizure disorder due to brain damage he sustained at
birth. I have been lucky with Michael--his EEG comes back as "Grossly
abnormal" but I have not seen him have a seizure in about 5 years now. He
may b e having petit-mal seizures that are so mild nobody can even notice
when he is having them. I am dreading puberty with him because I do
understand that EVERYTHING can change.....I look forward to "chatting" with
you on this board....
