I am most pleased to announce the 2008 winner of the prestigious
Consumer Advocate Program Award. The sampler program found at
http://thecostslasher.com has survived the rigorous testing process
and has been awarded our 2008 Award. The minimum qualifications to
participate in the running for this award include a minimum of 30
years in business at the same address, an exceptional record with the
Better Business Bureau which must equal a complaint percentage of
under 1% during the years in business, have all business documents
and licenses in place. Thousands of companies begin the process but
only one is awarded the prestigious award. The final step of the
process is accomplished by sending the company's program to 1500
individuals throughout the 50 states to actually use the products.
95% of those individuals must find that the savings exceed the
company's claims. I conclude by wishing congratulations to our 2008
