Survey for young people (between 10 and 24) who have Epilepsy

Hi,

I would like to sincerely thank the 97 people who have completed my
survey to date and to encourage anyone between the ages of 10 and 24
who have not yet done it to please consider completing it. The
survey can be access on-line at: http://www.ozinfo.com.au/acepl.htm.

Your answers will become part of a University doctorate research
study that will help others to better understand what it is like to
be a young person living with Epilepsy.

Thanks for any help you can give!

Allison Clarke
