I have a 2-year old that takes a vitamin called Nano VM. We have to
special order this from our local pharmacy (CVS and Rite Aid do not
carry it so try a small local pharmacy). This is what our Keto doc at
Johns Hopkins told us to buy. It comes in powder form and must mixed
with water. Not sure if this can be taken by older kids though. I was
told that in an emergency, we could try bugs bunny vitamins since they
are sugar free. Hope this helps!
