vitamin a day.

I hope you are enjoying your vacation! Your note to Tina brought tears to my
eyes. Of course I am always tearful when it comes to children and their
families facing the challenges of epilepsy and making such wonderous
improvements on the diet.

I believe there is a special connection between moms that have children with
epilepsy, for no other person can understand the heartache and fear of watching
your little one have seizure nor can words express the joy that fills the heart
when there is a seizure free day or a new accomplishment acheived.

I am truly blessed to be able to share my thoughts, hopes and fears with other
families that understand the struggle.

May your journey of the ketodiet be as wonderful as it is for us. My
little boy's brain activity has changed so much on the diet that he has
gone from only rolling and little eyecontact etc at 15mths old to
sitting, crawling, pulling to stand, and now sumersaulting and climbing
up to sit on kids picnic seats, all in the last 3mnths whilst on the
diet. I wish you all the best. It can take a while of recalculating the
diet when you first start, took 2 months to properly get Annan's meal
plans right, but it can be amazing! Persevere and know that it can tske
3-6mnths to see the full benefits of the diet. All the luck from around
