Also Rose, as an after thought, Annan's urine readings (using urine
tests from cotton balls in his nappy) dont correlate with his blood
ketone readings. I bought a blood ketone and glucose monitor called
Optium Xceed to use at home because his urine often read negative when
his blood said 5. Cost $90, and the blood strips cost $22 for a packet
of 10, which is expensive, but I find it far more accurate. Also, I'm
pretty sure that the blood readings should be higher than what you
were getting- same as urine readings 4-8. If this is incorrect, please
let me know, but I'm pretty sure that is the theraputic range. Best of
