Hello there! My Sam had IS and was treated with ACTH.
We started the diet in Jan, when Sam was 15 months
old. He also has cortical blindness and irtractable
(hope I spelled this right) epilepsy. The diet has
been the only thing that has given us any control. He
has been on Topomax, Phenobarb, Lamictal, and
Klonopin. He still takes all except for the Topomax,
and we will stop the Lamictal hopefully very soon.
