Hello - I'm new and mom to wonderful, sweet Cody, 9 months old, who
was diag. with infantile spasms 3 months ago. We've tried ACTH,
Depakote and now Vigabatrin to no avail. He has 10 clusters a day and
is just now showing signs of developmental delay.

We will start the keto diet in 2 weeks and will wean him off vigab. in
the beginning. Has anyone with an i.s. child found the diet to be
successful as a monotherapy? I'd love to get him off all drugs.

Thanks for any input. We love our little guy more than life itself
and want so desperately to get him seizure free.
