Hi, Mia. I definitely recommend checking out the other yahoo ketogenic webgroup
for more info and support- there are many members there and I am sure you'll
find someone closer to you in that group. I have a file in that webgroup's files
section (I don't think it's on here) about starting the ketogenic diet, tips,
etc. If you can't find it, let me know and I will email it to you. I wish you
