There is another keto list on yahoo. Its quite large, around 200 or 300 members.
The address to post is ketogenic@yahoogroups. com
but you have to sign up first. If you type in ketogenic in the yahoogroups
search for a group you will get a few groups, some of them are weight lifting
groups or something, but just look for the one with the biggest amount of
members.
There is a lot of info and knowledge over there. Of course there is here too,
just that with more members you will get a lot more responses
