chris has been on the diet 2.8 years and we may be weining him off
starting in feb. its a long road but well worth it.

months free of seizures, she was 4 years old when she started the
diet, but before that we weaned her off all meds, when the seizures
came back they were not so severe, and they did not last so long, she
is 8 now and still has seizures, but at least she does`nt have to put
up with side affects from drugs. the seizures she had before the diet
could last up to 3 hours in status, and she would end up in the
hospital. Ella is developmentally delayed because of the lengthy
seizures on meds, with the help of an ABA intervention in her
education, she is now at mainstream school with an assistant, and can
say quite a few words, she is also quite slight for her age. Marie.
