Goodluck with the diet. . . everyplace does it differently. My 14 year old has
been on the diet for 6 months now. The hospital should have told him where to
get the scale form before he was admitted. However, they should be able to tell
him where to get one from.

when he comes home, the best tip I can give is disposable plastic containers
with lids. (Like throw away containers with lids). I buy them at Sams
warehouse. They are what you get ketchup in at resteraunts/or salad dressings.
I buy different sizes with lids and they are easy to measure and it looks like
more food because of the size of the containers.
