Re: [Keto Kids] Menu- Micah

--- Thanks again. How did Noah do with the 3 days of fasting?
Did he co-operate with not being able to eat? Did his seizures stop
right away, or did it take awhile?
Micah :D

days to get used to the small amounts and not being able to eat
whenever he wanted to, but he is used to it now. I definitely
anticipate that when we go to wean the diet, he will still want to eat
the same foods!! He loves all his meals. Usually he'll be in a mood
for a certain meal and have the same thing every day, but then we'll
change it up sometimes, too. He is very good about not cheating or
sneaking food. The whole idea of the diet acts like an appetite
suppressant, so he shouldn't be hungry. Sometimes he just likes to
snack, and that's when he can have popsicles or "ice" (the shaved ice
w/kool-aid.)
