Noah does very well with the diet. He has been on it a little over 6 months now
and did very well in the beginning, too. It took a couple days to get used to
the small amounts and not being able to eat whenever he wanted to, but he is
used to it now. I definitely anticipate that when we go to wean the diet, he
will still want to eat the same foods!! He loves all his meals. Usually he'll be
in a mood for a certain meal and have the same thing every day, but then we'll
change it up sometimes, too. He is very good about not cheating or sneaking
food. The whole idea of the diet acts like an appetite suppressant, so he
shouldn't be hungry. Sometimes he just likes to snack, and that's when he can
have popsicles or "ice" (the shaved ice w/kool-aid.)

Was it hard for him to keep the diet, or was he pretty co-operative?
Did/does he like the diet? Thanks again,
Micah :)

These are considered "free" and aren't calculated in the diet. I use
Lemon-Lime or Black Cherry Kool-Aid mixed with liquid Sweet & Low,
water & pour into popsicle molds. We also use a snow cone maker and
serve him shaved ice w/ the Kool-Aid poured on top.
