------Hi Shelly. I'm 31 years old so I'm too old for the diet. However
my curiousity of the diet got the best of me. That's why I'm in the
group. To learn. I'm not seizures free, but my seizures have been less
frequent, and the grandmals are gone. Nov will be 2 years with those.
