Sorry I dont have any suggestions - have you tried local book stores?
Ours will order in almost any book we need. I do have a copy of my own
but since we are still on the diet and I am hoping to start coaching
some others starting up the diet, I cant part with my copy just now -
can look anything up if you need it but afraid that isnt much help.
Feel free to email me privately if you need anything looked up.

p.s have you checked the hospital library? I was able to find limited
info there but it was enough to start out with.
