I need help finding the Ketogenic Diet book, I already have ordered

twice and they both ended up on back order/ out of stock. They were
from
Amazon & Barnes & Nobles (both said immediately available). Does
anyone
have any ideas?????? I am in a hurry because we are starting the
diet
