Hi everyone- We are so excited to find out that we will be able to
start
the Ketogenic diet on September 9th at Miami Childrens Hosp. (we
were
going to do it Oct 6th with a local dietician, but decided to find a
Keto
team.) We will have to travel about 4 hours to the hospital so I
want to
try and have things ready for when we get home. I need to find a
scale, I
was told to get a digital one that measurses in NO more than 1 gram
incriments. Where did everyone get there scales from? Somewhere
local? We
are in Tampa? Any other suggestions on getting prepared would be
great. (I
haven't received my keto book in the mail yet)
