Before you start be advised their is a confidentiality clause which is in
force and you need to contact Kupuna ohana hale at 479-0708 i will tell you that
they are legally registered with the state as of this year as a for profit and
non profit company they have violations with DLNR and has an issue of
subdividing the property which is conservation land they have as of our last
meeting no cpu or special usage permits to operate or conduct any business on
the property if dlnr makes a issue contact me so i can resolve it or get the
permits for her that is all i will do for best freinds camp she has a big heart
and i love her but her business problems are as big as her heart call me and ill
sit with you to assist her in her endevors but dont start any projects without
consulting me and if any of my ideas are used i will seek redress although i was
the administrator i also was promised usage of land to operate non profit
entities in which thru ltime can be self
sufficient to revenues towards their retirement
they have not paid me or have i received any monies for my work with her and
merrill and although she was orginally operating illegal i have restored her
status with good standing with the state of hawaii.
