At the kegelmaster2000.com site there's a link to here which describes how
you use it. http://www.kegelmaster2000.com/manual.htm It's not
uncomfortable to use at all. The advantages are to help prevent
incontinence later in life or now if you have it. It also helps other
womens conditions caused by weakened vaginal muscles. Also, it helps you
locate, control and be able to use your vaginal muscles during sex. That
was true for me too. I had a slight problem with incontinence that it
helped...but, I can now control my muscles and use them to increase my and
my partners pleasure. Wow..this is hard to explain. I can squeeze and
manipulate my muscles.
