O my..it amazes me how little doctors know. By using the same principle
that if I sit here at my desk and just contract my vaginal muscles, they
will become stronger and tighter..that's like saying if I sit here at my
desk and contract my abs, I will eventually develop a "six-pack". If that
were so, there would be no progressive resistance devices in the gyms and
health clubs. No one would join, because just sitting here would be 'good
enough' exercise. There would be no more infomercials for exercise
equipment and no more exercise tapes.
When was the last time your doctor told you not to waste your money on
exercising any other part of your body? I'll bet you've never heard you
can just lay on the couch, watch tv, and eat potato chips all the while,
tighten your stomach muscles a few times and you'll get all the exercise
you need.:)
Do a little research on the internet about Dr. Arnold Kegel. You will find
that he actually invented a biofeedback device to be used with the "kegel
exercises" and he never intended the exercises to be used alone. And, yes,
I've tried and use the KM2000. (all most all 4 springs:) That's how I got
involved with it. To me, it is definitely worth the money and is very
simple to use.
