Hi everyone,

I just received my pelvictoner today but I only received 2 springs.
I thought that it was supposed to come with four. How do you know if
you are able to close one spring. When I try one spring I don't hear
any clicking so I don't know if I am able to close it or not. Also
I've read some of the comments that people have made about it and
they have made references to examples in the brochure. What
brochure? I didn't receive any brochure. I only received a flyer
instructing me on how to insert it.
