    Is there a more advance way to do kegels?  Like a exerciser, "the kegelmaster" but for men. I researched some exercisers and there all for woman. do you know of any for men? if so, what is the best! Do you also know home advance exercises that guys do. Thank you for your answer on kegels. I am just looking to be a step higher.
