Try checking
out www.vaginismus.com They have
illustrations of the PC muscle group. Also do a search in Google on “vagina
physical therapy” There will be many links there from physical
therapists with diagrams, etc.
If you can stop
your urine flow, you’ve found the right PC muscle group. If you can’t,
you haven’t. It takes awhile to find the right muscles. You can also
try inserting your finger and then seeing if you can clamp on it. If you have
found the PC muscle group, you’ll be able to (at least a little).
You might also
try a search on “PC muscles” and you’ll probably get some
good info and drawings to help.
Hope this
helps!

The best way I
can describe the way to do them: Pretend you have
water in there (as if you douched--sorry, so vivid), and then try
to hold it in. In fact, you can actually literally do that
the first time to see
what I mean. At least then you'll know which muscles to concentrate
on. Hope my
suggestion helps some! -------Original
