Subject: [kegels] Re: kegals

Hi there - I have started doing kegels.  My PT told me to contract
and release - the release is what I am supposed to focus on - the
relaxing phase of the pelvic muscles.  My pelvic muscles don't relax
and are always *up* so to speak - just like your shoulders would be
if you were tense all the time, which I am.  Is that your problem
too ?  Mine is vestibulitis - and the first phase of trying to cure
that is doing kegels to relax the muscles down there.  Caroline.
