it doesn't let me hold it for 10sec, I contract

That's a sure sign that you need more practice at 10 second contractions. It is not at all unusual to have no endurance (i.e., less than 3 second holds) but in a couple week's time you should be getting measurably longer contractions. You are on the right track!

Ok , I'm confused are you supposed to squeeze the muscle or kinda of
like pull it back up inside you(contract). I contract it like I'm
pulling it up inside me, not squeeze it as to push it outward. But
when I contract it, it doesn't let me hold it for 10sec, I contract
and it just realeases. This is very fustrating that I can't hold it
for even 3 seconds. Does anyone else have this problem and am I
doing them right? I can squeeze them outward as to push for 10 sec
or more but I don't think that's right either. Help.
