Physicians' Choice USA. is currently in pre-production planning of a
KEGELMASTER infomercial. Physicians' Choice USA is a company owned
by several physicians, and we have contracted with a top industry
infomercial producer, to produce a quality, medically oriented
infomercial to heighten the awareness of the Kegelmaster. Our
Producers are seeking twenty (20) customers who are able provide on
camera testimonials regarding the benefit this product has had for
you. This infomercial focuses on childbirth and its physical effect
on a woman's body with emphasis on resolving stress incontinence and
restoring vaginal tone for improved sexual intimacy. This is a
serious clinically, oriented infomercial.

Physicians' Choice USA. will provide individuals who are selected
with round-trip air, hotel and meals. It is anticipated that
participants would fly in one day, tape their testimonial the
morning of the next day, and fly out that same afternoon, or
evening. Physicians' Choice USA will retain all rights and
therefore, participants are expected to sign all pre-production
releases and will neither be compensated, nor paid any residuals, or
commission for their testimonial.

It is anticipated that actual taping of all testimonials will occur
within the next 6 weeks. At the close of pre-production planning, a
definite shooting schedule will be developed. Physicians' Choice
USA. will contact all individuals who have been selected in order to
develop a master travel and taping schedule.
