Ok..here's the difference that I see. I've tried the kegal dynamics, the
Kegelmaster and the one that looks like a metal barbell. I forget the
name. But, the kegal dynamics and the kegel pro are the same thing, just
with a different name. The FeminX and the Kegel Exerciser are all the same
thing too. But, it has also been called Pelvic Flex and Pelvic Toner in
the past as well.
The Kegelmaster has a 100% money back guarantee, for any reason.
I couldn't find any guarantee for the Kegal Dynamics.
FeminX only warrantees parts that break.
KD only has 1 strength setting. That's like going to the gym and only
being able to work out with 1 weight. So, after a week or so..what do you
do then? I could easily exercise with this device as my muscles were
already stronger than this unit could help me with. And, I was still
having incontinence problems.
FeminX has 3 strength settings. I could also do all of them so it was of
no value.
The Kegelmaster has 15 strength settings. I have worked up to almost the
last setting from about the #2 setting. I found the most benefit from this
product. I was so impressed I started selling them:)
You can also see a comparison chart and a study of the different strength
settings for the Kegelmaster and FeminX here

I hope this helps.
