Yes..those are the muscles (PC) muscles that can be tightened. Here is
some information on doing
kegels. http://obgyn.uihc.uiowa.edu/Patinfo/urogyn/kegel.htm . However,
there is a lot of controversy about whether they actually work or not. If
you sit at home and just tighten your abs over an over, do you think that's
going to do you much good? Kegel exercises are really the same thing. The
best way to tighten them is with resistance exercising (like using the
equipment at the gym except for the vaginal muscles)

Then too - - there is the sphincter muscle at the bottom of the bladder. So is that muscle a part of the so-called PC group. If NOT so, does the sphincter only...
