Yes, I do believe the KM will help your friend. The vaginal muscles are
what holds 'everything' in place. When they weaken, they no longer support
the bladder, uterus, etc. The KM strengthens the vaginal muscles. Once
stronger, everything moves back where it belongs:) Think of it this
way. If you never exercised your leg muscles, your legs would not be able
to support the weight of your body. It is definitely not too late.
