Subject: how to do kegel for man
i am trying to do the kegel exercise
but the problem is that
1) i am not able to locate the pc muscles
2) the muscles i found is right then how i will tone the pc
will i squeeze the muscles upward toward by body r i will pull the
muscles toward the anus
plz reply me urgently

are there instructions on how to use this? i have no clue
